1. Delivery Locations

Currently, Namma Kutumba delivers within Ballari city limits only (Karnataka, India). • We cover all residential and commercial addresses within the Ballari Municipal Corporation (BMC) area. • Deliveries to areas outside Ballari city limits (including nearby villages and talukas) are currently not available. • We are actively working to expand our delivery network to more cities and regions across Karnataka. 2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day. • You will receive an order confirmation and processing update via app notification. • Orders are not processed on Sundays or national public holidays.

3. Shipping / Delivery Timelines

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days within Ballari city. • Delivery is attempted between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (IST) on business days. • You will receive delivery status updates through the app. • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on product availability, order volume, and local conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

• A flat delivery fee of ₹25 applies to all orders, regardless of order value or quantity. • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was cancelled due to our error or non-delivery. • Promotional offers or special discount codes may waive delivery charges when applicable.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to: • Festivals, public holidays, or strikes • Extreme weather conditions • High order volume during promotional periods • Address-related issues (incorrect address, inaccessible location) • Force majeure events beyond our control In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly through our app or via phone call. If your order is delayed beyond 7 days without prior notice, please contact us immediately for resolution.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window. • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including landmark details. • For Cash on Delivery orders, ensure you have the exact change or UPI payment ready. • Upon delivery, check the product packaging for visible damage before signing off or handing over payment. • Report any delivery issues to us within 24–48 hours of the expected delivery date.

7. Non-Delivery & Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, a re-delivery may be attempted. • Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us. • For returned orders (customer unavailability), the product cost will be refunded minus the delivery fee, which is non-refundable. • If you believe your order was not delivered but marked as delivered, contact us within 24 hours at: +91 70904 33426
