• We sell Namma Kutumba Multigrain Sprouts Ragi Malt Powder and related health food products. • All product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. • Product packaging, appearance, and weight may vary slightly due to natural ingredient variations and batch differences. • We reserve the right to modify products, pricing, or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice. • The product is intended for use as a dietary supplement/health drink and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price at the time of order will be honored. • We accept the following payment methods: Razorpay (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets), and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. • All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. • Cash on Delivery orders are payable to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. • In the event of a payment failure, you may retry the payment or contact our support team.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from us. • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. • An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation notification (via app notification or SMS/email). • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to: Out-of-stock situations, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to your location. • If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

As a user of our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others. • Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our website's operation. • Not resell products purchased from us without our written consent. • Be available at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time for COD orders.

• Currently, we deliver within Ballari city limits only. • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. • A delivery fee of ₹25 applies to all orders. • You are responsible for ensuring someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order. • Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for complete details.
